The heads are bigger along with the cylinder size hence 5.9L (or 360) vs 5.2 (318) I'm sure you already know that just added commentary!! The ECU will be the biggest difference but you could run into wiring harness issues unless there from the same year group 93-95 or 96-98. The 5.9L will more easily fit in the Jeep since the factory did it and the V-10 will be a mother f*cker to squeeze in. Plus the tight chassis will make getting the exhaust manifolds down and out a PITA as well. I'd go with a diesel swap before a V-10 swap.
