WebIPART means the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal of NSW. IPART Act means the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal Act 1992. Maximum Production means either: a) on a day when SDP supplies more than 250ML of water to customers: the volume of water SDP supplies to customers on that day, in ML; or b) on any other day: 250ML.
