WebI know this is an old post, and my suggestion may sound crazy but, I noticed that in wallpaper engine, certain wallpapers cause my 3090 GPU to idle just enough higher to trigger the fans at 800 RPM. Changing headers won't matter because iCue takes control as soon as you boot into windows.
